A digital application developed alongside the client's website allowed for the complex management of stock ( (SKUs - stock keeping units) from the front end through to the warehouse, ensuring faster and more accurate orders.
Previously, products displayed on the client's website did not cover the full remit of the client’s portfolio. What was shown as available stock often did not align with what was actually in present in the warehouse.
